Fabster, what is it?

In 2000, Jean-Philippe Mouthoy, current Fabster CEO, opened the doors of the Fabster factory in Angerville, 70 km south of Paris. Fabster creates and manufactures flavours for the food industry.
We have long-term relationships with 200 clients in some 40 countries.
Fabster has around 20 employees and has made an annual turnover of 6 million euros in 2019, with an average growth of more than 10% over the past five years. It injects more than 7% of its turnover into R & D to create new flavours and to expand its flavour portfolio. All Fabster flavours are made in a 3000 m2 warehouse.
Fabster is ISO 22000 certified and also produces organic Ecocert® certified and kosher flavours.
