Small Factory,With Big Capabilities
More than meets the eye : Fabster‘s 3,000-square-meter factory might seem unassuming, but it’s a powerhouse of flavor production. It can handle any food flavor, from small orders (5 kg) to large ones (tons), and delivers within 10 working days.
We have a production capacity of 100 tons per month.
To meet peak demand, FABSTER has invested in a wide range of state-of-the-art equipment, including stills, infusion tanks, electric mixers, emulsifying machines, balances, cold chain, and packaging machines.
Fabster‘s employees (including chemistry and food science technicians) are trained in-house for one year before they can start production. This ensures that they have a deep understanding of the raw materials and flavors used in our recipes. The production methods can be adapted, especially when a single food flavor is ordered in several tons. In such cases, the laboratory and the production manager work together to define the most appropriate manufacturing process.
